I 100% agree that implementation is the toughest piece of the learning piece when it comes to leaving events. It has helped me to schedule time during the week in my planner for follow-up and follow-through and to redetermine if what I learned is necessary or attainable in my business model.
If I had to guess what stops me - I would have to say not being focused.
